  1. I’m reading your entire life story, don’t get creeped out! If I hadn’t started reading your blog from the very beginning I wouldn’t have found Alaska pictures. Did you live there? I lived in Fairbanks from 91 to 98 and Anchorage from 2002 to 2007. My parents still live there. Great pictures. Made me think of home.

    • Wow, that’s commitment! I lived in Alaska 2006-2009, we almost went back in 2014 (to Eielson afb) but my health stuff was very uncertain at the time and they were kind enough to change my husband’s orders. Sent him to Korea and I moved ahead of him to Maryland. I do miss Alaska and I tease people about driving back up there with me. The Al-Can highway is its own adventure. 😊
